Role Overview
- Submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and schedules across all active projects.
- Field documentation: Matterport scans, drone footage, progress photos and video, captured consistently.
- Warranty work: logging, assigning, and fixing issues post-opening.
- Site walks at every stage: pre-acquisition, pre-construction, active construction, and compliance.
Requirements
- A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or architecture, or the hands-on experience that beats one.
- Comfort with heavy travel. Figure 70% of your time on the road.
- The ability to translate field conditions into plain, actionable updates for a remote HQ team.
- Fluency in standard construction documentation: submittals, RFIs, schedules, close-out.
- Experience with Matterport and jobsite photo workflows, or the willingness to learn them fast.
- FAA Part 107 drone certification, or you'll get it within 90 days of hire.
- Low ego.
