About this role
Role Overview
- Advising employees of our clients on topics such as financial wellbeing, insurance, pensions and personal finance
- Acting as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital) and ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Handling customer inquiries independently — from consultation through to implementation
- Explaining complex topics clearly and in a way that suits the target audience
- Actively contributing to the development of our services and processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
- Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
- Enjoy working with people and providing advisory services
- Able to work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented way
- Very good German language skills
- Confident with digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
