About this role
Role Overview
Advising employees of our clients on topics such as financial wellbeing, insurance, pensions and personal finance
Acting as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital) and ensuring an excellent customer experience
Handling customer inquiries independently — from consultation through to implementation
Explaining complex topics clearly and in a way that suits the target audience
Actively contributing to the development of our services and processes
Requirements
Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
Enjoy working with people and providing advisory services
Able to work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented way
Very good German language skills
Confident with digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
