Requirements
5–10 years across fintech / platform operations, wealth-management or investment operations, payments, or banking operations.
Hands-on experience running operations for a digital platform — owning money flows, monitoring operational health, and resolving systemic issues (ideally in fintech, investing/robo-advisory, payments or banking).
Experience leading integrations and product launches end to end, coordinating central and remote teams and multiple external vendors to deadline.
Track record of operational delivery in a regulated environment; familiarity with UAE (onshore / DIFC / ADGM) and/or UK (FCA) frameworks is a strong advantage.
Strong process-builder: able to design and document operational processes, controls and audit trails from scratch, not just run existing ones.
A natural problem-owner who takes end-to-end ownership of issues and works across Customer Support, Product/Engineering and external partners to fix them at source.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail; personally accountable for flows, reconciliations, records and audit trails.
Highly organised, able to prioritise and escalate effectively in a fast-moving, lean-team environment.
Data-literate and comfortable using modern, AI-native tools to do more with a lean team.
A self-starter who thrives on breadth, ownership and ambiguity — happy building and improving the operation, not just maintaining it.
Understanding of, or genuine interest in, Shariah-compliant finance.
