About this role
Role Overview
- Post Cash Receipts daily
- Collection calls and emails when needed
- Post Invoices daily
- Send out Proforma Invoices
- Send out customer invoices daily and customer statements monthly
- Manage Sales Order Holds for both holds at order input and shipping
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting
- MS-Office proficiency, specifically intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an accounts receivable clerk position
- Experience with accounting system Epicor and JPMorgan Chase Access is preferred
- Experience working in the lighting, retail or manufacturing industry is a plus
