Develop and implement a sustainable financial strategy aligned with the company’s objectives
Own the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
Analyze financial metrics and derive actionable recommendations for management
Support strategic and operational decisions through financial analyses and modeling
Prepare and present financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize financial processes and structures
Further develop financial systems and data-driven management tools
Promote digitization and automation in the finance function and take responsibility for optimizing end-to-end finance processes across different areas
Lead, develop and coach various FP&A and financial systems teams within the finance organization
Work closely with business units to ensure effective corporate management and performance control

University degree with a focus on finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline
Several years of experience in senior finance roles with a focus on financial planning, controlling or corporate performance management
Several years of leadership experience and a proven track record in building high-performing teams
Strong strategic and commercial mindset
Excellent knowledge of financial planning, analysis and performance management
Experience optimizing financial processes and implementing or enhancing financial systems
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex matters clearly
Confident presence and excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
High personal initiative, strong execution skills and a readiness to drive change
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
