Role Overview
- Help scale foundational parts of our platform
- Define the vision and strategy for transactions and effects, equity types, trading
- Define, plan, and execute a roadmap for cap table management
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and SMEs to write clear specifications
- Contribute to PM best practices and use AI tools for efficiency
- Define and track success metrics for the team's initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with significant time spent in enterprise-facing roles
- Understand financial systems and compliance frameworks
- Have scaled complex products across jurisdictions in regulated or compliance heavy spaces (e.g. banking, payroll, etc)
- Strong technical understanding and passion to solve deep problems
- Experience owning third-party integrations (APIs, partner platforms, broker connectivity)
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal; fluent in English
