Write, test, and debug complex code for high-load systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.
Deliver clean code to production in a timely manner, balancing business speed with technical excellence.
Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers.
Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce strict code quality, security, and industry best practices.
Develop and enforce testing protocols to guarantee software reliability and flawless production performance.
Implement and monitor production observability frameworks, including logging, metrics, monitoring, and distributed tracing.
Create and maintain concise, meaningful technical documentation for system designs and architecture.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, actively fostering their technical growth.
Partner with Delivery Managers to lead and manage software development projects, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate closely with product management, design, and operations teams to align technical execution with business goals.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear project updates.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role with a track record of leadership, strong technical skills, and successful project delivery.
Deep hands-on expertise in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+).
Commercial experience or a strong willingness to learn and work with Golang and Node.js.
Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.
Experience working REST API and web services.
Strong understanding of async/await, multithreading, thread safety, memory management, and performance optimization.
Ability to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers.
Experience designing and operating microservice-based systems.
Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
Understanding of transactions, isolation levels, locking, concurrency, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
Experience working with containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery.
Understanding of scalability, load balancing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery.
Understanding of production observability including logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing.
