Design, develop, and maintain our backend
Oversee the development and maintenance of our GraphQL API
Manage deployments in a Kubernetes environment on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality features
Proactively ideate and implement product improvements based on business and user needs
Foster an inclusive work environment, effectively collaborating with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds

5+ years of backend engineering experience
Strong written and verbal English (C1+)
Proficiency in Ruby; experience with functional programming patterns is a strong plus
Advanced SQL / PostgreSQL knowledge
Experience with GraphQL API development
Comfortable with DevOps concepts
