Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and engineering positions
Source through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, university channels, and custom talent pipelines
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical qualifications, experience, and culture alignment
Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback, and ensure timely communication
Provide compensation insights based on market data and internal equity
Manage the candidate lifecycle within the ATS to ensure accurate, real-time tracking
Conduct reference checks, verify credentials, and maintain compliance with hiring practices
Track key recruiting metrics and share insights to improve hiring processes

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field
1+ years of recruiting experience in construction recruiting professional services, engineering environments, manufacturing, or agency settings
Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Must maintain a valid drivers license, be eligible to work in the U.S., and remain fit for duty.
