Creation and management of production and supply plans for a defined product portfolio
Ensuring optimal inventory levels and high delivery performance
Analysis of demand forecasts, customer orders and inventory trends
Planning and coordination of production orders and alignment with production sites
Ensuring timely availability of raw materials
Participation in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and coordination of cross-functional actions
Monitoring capacities, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvement measures
Preparation of analyses and reports and participation in projects to optimize supply planning processes

Successfully completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a comparable field
At least two years of professional experience in supply, demand or production planning
Excellent analytical skills and strong affinity for numbers
Advanced Excel skills and ideally experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration in international teams
Excellent written and spoken German and English
