Provide support in a Project environment for client-advised projects
Ensure systems function according to detailed business requirements
Collaborate within the Configuration Chapter on new client implementations
Translate client requirements into technical specifications
Assist in defining and analyzing client requirement changes for Annual Enrollment and Ongoing Projects
Perform data analysis and reporting for effective client decisions
Build test scenarios for Unit and Regression Testing
Perform root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations

Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
5-7 years of experience in Health and Welfare Domain is preferred
Ability to evaluate client requirements against HOBS and FHB platform functionality
In-depth knowledge of configuration solutions to support implementation lifecycle
Strong analytical skills
Competence in application/technology experience such as PLSQL, SQL, MS Access
Ability to write and process complex SQL queries
Good interpersonal skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
