Role Overview
- Investigating and confirming the facts of loss for basic automobile accidents
- Applies analytical thinking to determine coverage, liability, damages and adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority
- Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understands other potential property damage
Requirements
- Auto claims experience
- strong understanding of coverage evaluations
- ability to identify coverage issues
- interpret policy language
- clearly explain coverage decisions
- drafting disclaimers.
- ability to work in Eastern Time Zone states
