Role Overview
- Work in the field to assess vehicle damage and conduct on-site inspections
- Accurately document losses and write repair estimates
- Communicate clearly with customers and partners
- Manage the full estimating process, including supplements and negotiations with repair facilities and other vendors
Requirements
- Prior experience in an auto field appraisal or estimating role
- Hands-on experience handling initial and supplemental estimates
- Experience with repair negotiations
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software such as CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell
