About this role
Role Overview
Ensure an exceptional client experience and maintaining professional relationships
Collaborate closely with clients, addressing their needs, providing support, and ensuring seamless interactions
Maintain a working understanding of all internal and partner systems impacting sales and service efficiency
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, explaining account setup, services, and procedures
Collect necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Collaborate with operations in preparing materials for client meetings
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding items
Requirements
Solid understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and relevant regulations
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
Continual learner mentality, able to adopt new solutions and help respond to the impact of new systems
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information, including personnel and financial data
Business travel up to 25%
