Provide expert consultation to senior business leaders on human capital matters, facilitating succession planning and acting as a talent broker to identify growth opportunities for high-potential leaders across the global landscape
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Centers of Excellence to execute strategic initiatives, including bringing the 'voice of the business' to Mergers and Acquisitions work streams from due diligence through post-close integration
Ensure compliance with organizational standards while overseeing the Performance Management and compensation cycles, including consistency reviews and the strategic application of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies
Requirements
8–12 years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development
Strong knowledge of Human Resources concepts, including Change Management tools, Talent Management, Organization Design, and Compensation and Benefits
Proven ability in influencing without authority and navigating changing environments to drive large-scale business transformations
A Graduate degree in Business or Human Resources (Master of Business Administration or relevant postgraduate degree is highly desirable)
