Role Overview

• Engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources
• Accurately processing cash transactions for clients
• Having deep conversations with clients to understand financial priorities
• Connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
• Executing the bank's risk culture and striving for operational excellence
• Building relationships with clients to meet financial needs
