Independently prepares, creates, innovates clinical content, training materials and educational tools in collaboration with teams/departments to meet department & operational objectives.
Reviews/creates content evaluations, participant & stakeholder feedback and makes recommendations to continually improve/innovate.
Delivers educational materials for a variety of settings & devices (e.g. virtual/live classroom, self-paced modules, videos, animations)
Responsible for training related to the Education/Trainer teammates, including the coaching and development of the educators in presenting created content.

Requirements
RN license in state of practice
Associate’s degree in nursing required
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in nursing preferred
Minimum of 3 years of nephrology nursing experience in Home PD and/or HHD based dialysis is required
Additional experience in other areas such as in-center hemodialysis, hospital-based dialysis, CKRT, and apheresis
is preferred
Certified Nephrology Certification – preferred
Prior experience in training through multiple mediums (live, web-based, self-directed, etc.) required
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
Experience in nursing education preferred
Experience writing and editing education materials preferred.
