Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns that support CNPS’s conservation, policy, and organizational growth goals.
Work across channels to engage diverse audiences, drive meaningful action, and continuously improve campaign performance through data and analysis.
Play a central part in translating priorities into coordinated campaigns that deliver results.
Contribute to coalition-based initiatives partnering with external organizations and providing both strategic recommendations and tactical implementation to advance shared goals.
Develop and distribute agendas for meetings and track and follow-up on action items.
Establish conversion funnels across multiple campaigns with end-to-end plans for engagement online.
Contribute to various coalitions' timely, coordinated, and proactive contributions.
Requirements
At least 6 years of experience developing and executing digital campaigns, either in-house or at an agency.
A track record of driving measurable outcomes such as advocacy actions, donations, or audience growth.
Experience with CRM or digital engagement platforms (such as EveryAction, Blackbaud Luminate, NationBuilder, or similar tools).
Comfortable working in CMS platforms like WordPress.
Proficient user of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to inform performance.
Strong writer who can translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
Familiarity with public policy, advocacy, or issue-based campaigns, or a strong interest in learning.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Relevant professional experience may substitute for a degree on a year-for-year basis.\n
Fluency in Spanish or other languages widely spoken in California is nice to have.
