Lead and manage a team in Inventory Control (both technically and disciplinarily)
Coordinate and prioritize daily operational activities
Ensure inventory accuracy across all relevant processes and areas
Oversee perpetual inventory (cycle counting) and analyze and correct inventory discrepancies
Identify process weaknesses and implement sustainable improvement measures
Ensure internal controls and maintain compliance with SOX-related requirements and audit standards
Prepare and maintain dependable KPI and inventory reporting
Work closely with related departments and contribute to optimization projects and tool/system enhancements
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, inventory management or inventory control
Experience leading staff in an operational environment
Good knowledge of quality controls, operational controls, workflows and warehouse systems
Experience analyzing and correcting inventory inconsistencies
Practical experience with inventory processes, ideally in the context of perpetual inventory/cycle counting
Confident handling of SOX requirements, internal controls and audit processes
Knowledge of process optimization, ideally with Lean Management
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience with ERP/inventory management systems
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
