Maintenance Planner, Scheduler

Role Overview

• Assist with planning and scheduling maintenance work activities.
• Support CMMS work order management and backlog organization.
• Coordinate parts, materials, tools, and resources for planned work.
• Work with Maintenance and Operations to prioritize equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Track maintenance performance metrics and schedule completion.
• Support shutdowns, projects, and TPM initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and records.
• Participate in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial maintenance experience or related manufacturing experience.
• Functional understanding of Mechanical and Electrical tasks and ability to manage projects in those areas.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively across departments.
