Role Overview
- Support the Finance team with day-to-day financial and accounting activities
- Assist with financial reporting, data analysis, and preparation of summaries
- Help with account reconciliations, invoice tracking, and expense review
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Compile and organize financial data for internal reporting and decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support finance-related requests and process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited university undergraduate or graduate program
- Must be available to work 20–40 hours per week from September through December
- Must have a strong interest in Finance, Accounting, or related business functions
- Must have a viable interest in potential future employment with CMA CGM or one of its affiliates
- Must be eligible to meet all CMA CGM pre-employment qualifications
