As a Network Manager (m/f/d) you combine acquisition, relationship management and a focus on quality to ensure long-term collaboration with our service partners.
As the person responsible for developing a network of tradespeople in plumbing, installation, heating technology and electrical/electrotechnical services, your focus is on identifying, recruiting, supporting and developing trades companies as service partners.
Through targeted market development and the skilled use of partner recruitment arguments, you act as a liaison between Homeserve’s in-house trades teams and external partners.
Your responsibilities include onboarding new partner companies with follow-up feedback as well as regular meetings to ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
On a daily basis you will look after, develop and network partner companies in Northern and Central Germany, with a particular focus on building commitment, loyalty and a sense of belonging, for example by organizing partner meetups.
In close cooperation with the operational teams and the sales department, you report directly to the Operations Director to ensure efficient and seamless coordination.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, a persuasive personality, and a focus on initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.
Valid driving license (Class B).
Completed vocational training, ideally in a trade.
Field-based experience.
Sales experience.
Knowledge of trade processes.
Ability to engage in constructive discussions.
