You will independently manage a fixed portfolio of existing clients and serve as their primary contact for long-term success with JUPUS.
You ensure our clients actively use JUPUS and derive maximum value from our platform—through regular check-ins, strategic consulting, and data-driven performance tracking.
You conduct renewal discussions and contract adjustments and work with our clients to develop tailored solutions for their future needs.
You identify expansion and upsell opportunities and advise clients on additional products and features that further digitize their law firm workflows.
You spot churn risks early, take proactive retention measures, and conduct win-back conversations with former clients.
You guide law firms through their digital transformation and show them new ways to make their processes more efficient with JUPUS.
You work closely with Product, Onboarding, and Support and actively bring customer feedback into the ongoing development of our platform.
Requirements
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Growth: You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable role—ideally in a SaaS or software environment.
Communication & consulting skills: You build trusted customer relationships, identify your interlocutors’ needs, and develop appropriate solutions.
Sales affinity: You spot growth opportunities, confidently lead renewals and upsell conversations, and create real value for your clients.
Strong technical affinity: You don't need to be able to code, but you have no fear of software and can competently advise clients on using our platform.
Customer focus: You understand that sustainable growth only comes from satisfied and successful customers.
Initiative & willingness to learn: You continuously develop, question existing processes, and contribute your own ideas.
Fluent German and good English skills: to support our clients optimally.
