About this role

Lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes.
Ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team.
Oversee product or service inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Train and manage a team of quality inspectors.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other relevant departments.

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of manufacturing production supervisory experience.
Quality and continuous process improvement experience.
Proven manufacturing supervisory skills with ability to train, instruct, and motivate employees.
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
