Help shape the strategic direction of our technologies by focusing on resolving technical challenges through reliable support services
Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Development teams and serve as the first technical point of contact for customers
Ensure professional and solution-oriented customer service as part of 1st Level Support
Configure, maintain, monitor, and service Energy Management Systems and installations from the office
Implement modern control and automation concepts in energy and environmental technology, perform fault analysis, and assist in resolving technical issues
Test new ideas and features in load and energy management
Requirements
Completed a technical education in electrical engineering or a related technical field (apprenticeship, master qualification, or HTL)
Knowledge of or initial professional experience in network and fieldbus technologies, measurement, control and automation engineering, IT or networking, or comparable technical disciplines
Passion for future technologies, energy systems, photovoltaics, energy storage solutions, and electric mobility
Structured and analytical approach to work, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a team
