Sr. Project Manager - Energy + Bus. Unit (Filtration, Govt. Funded Projects, Bus. Development/Proposal Writing)

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company and global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification, develops solutions for diverse industrial and life sciences applications. The Senior Project Manager will lead product development, pilot, and commercial deployment initiatives, including customer-site execution, government-funded project compliance, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of pilot and commercial deployments including planning, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver projects on-time and within budget
• Manage all phases of pilot and commercial deployments: sales support, contract review, technical documentation (P&IDs, GAs, electrical/software), vendor coordination, FAT/SAT testing, and customer acceptance
• Ensure compliance with government-funded project requirements including milestone tracking and reporting
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalation points to leadership and stakeholders
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Proven success managing large-scale projects (e.g., $2M+, 2 years+)
• Ability to travel up to 10% to project sites within North America or to international locations
• Degree in Engineering or Science preferred
• Prefer 5+ years of project/program management experience, including preference for 5+ years leading cross-functional, global teams in a stage-gate environment
• Metal AM technologies (e.g., Binder Jetting, Laser Powder Bed Fusion)
• Managing government-funded projects
• Influencing without authority in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions
