Senior R&D Engineer – Toner Supplies

Role Overview

• Drive toner supplies development, validation, and cross-functional execution for laser print platforms.
• Define, optimize, and execute toner supplies validation plans across development phases.
• Lead technical assessments of product design changes and tradeoffs.
• Serve as a key technical interface across R&D, Quality, Firmware, Manufacturing, Finance, and Procurement organizations.
• Lead or support toner cartridge serialization and authentication programs.
• Drive availability of test materials including cartridges, engines, and lab equipment.
• Ensure environments are properly configured for safe, efficient testing and hardware protection.
• Develop clear, concise communication for leadership reviews, technical forums, and checkpoint meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 6–10+ years of experience (Engineer III) or 10+ years (Engineer IV) in engineering or product development
• Experience in print systems, supplies engineering, or similar hardware/product environments strongly preferred
• Proven experience working in cross-functional and global teams
