About this role
Role Overview
- Design, build, and operate software products that support risk management and controls
- Own risk engineering product capabilities end-to-end
- Write, test, and maintain high-quality production code
- Apply engineering best practices such as test-driven development and paired programming
- Contribute to high-level and low-level system and component designs
- Continuously evaluate and adopt technologies that improve product usability and performance
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering groups
- Participate in agile delivery ceremonies
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Hands-on proficiency in React, Java, and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating scalable distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and integrate APIs and backend services
- Strong working knowledge of modern development workflows and engineering practices
- Experience collaborating effectively within agile delivery models
