Role Overview
- Responsible for investigating and resolving attorney‑represented bodily injury claims within our Extended Handler Bodily Injury (EHBI) Casualty Unit.
- Confirming the facts of loss for complex automobile accidents.
- Determining coverage, liability, and damages, and negotiating settlements within assigned authority limits.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
Requirements
- Experience handling AL injury claims is highly desirable.
- Comfortable navigating technology and thrive when juggling multiple priorities efficiently.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
