Dental Network Support Associate IV

Role Overview

• Work directly with contracted providers to help resolve issues
• Assess and negotiate provider fee schedules
• Attempt to reverse termination requests
• Work in a variety of different systems
• Partner with other network team members
• Undertake different projects related to our dental network providers
• Provide outstanding customer service to providers and internal partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of dental insurance industry experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word/Excel/PPT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to accelerate impact and drive results
• Excellent decision making and communication skills
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity
• Initiative and willingness to improve existing processes
