Role Overview
- Join a team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers
- Stock store shelves and maintain displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Adhere to DSD Merchandising Steps
- Ensure leading brands are well represented and stocked
- Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales and new product launches
- Demonstrate a positive attitude when in store.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal device
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
- Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles of Easton, MD.
- Schedule availability required: Sunday, Thursday, and Saturday.
