Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience.
Experience across multiple functional areas such as Sales, District Sales Management, Brand, Market Access, TLL, Regional Marketing, or Medical Affairs.
Demonstrated scientific competence and ability to engage in complex clinical discussions.
Proven track record to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and influence‑without‑authority capabilities.
Ability to travel up to 50–60%.
