Tool Service Operator I – 3rd Shift

Role Overview

• Provide operational maintenance for tools assigned, used in the production
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on tools and tool related equipment
• Assemble and disassemble tools and tool components according to technical drawings and specifications
• Inspect tools for wear and damage, and perform quality control checks
• Maintain maintenance and repair logs
• Document completed work thoroughly

Requirements

• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• Technical degree/certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Tool & Die, Machining, or related field is desirable
• 3+ years' experience building tooling
• 3+ years' experience in grinding machines
• Knowledge and experience about transfer and progressive presses
• Utilize instruments for measuring
• Experience in reading instructions and writing clear communication
• Good visual acuity
