Role Overview
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
- Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies.
- Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
- Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
- Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
- English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
