Actively perform installation of plan-specified materials including wall finishes, flooring, furnishings, and signage alongside the crew
Demonstrate best-practice workmanship and uphold company quality standards on every task
Oversee and manage the installation of all plan-specified and project-designated materials on site
Work directly with Project Managers to align on project scope, sequencing, schedules, and deliverables
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for daily operations, crew coordination, and quality control
Complete new project surveys at job sites, documenting existing conditions, scope details, and any relevant field observations to support project planning and execution
Complete daily project checklists and field reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of work performed, crew activity, materials used, and any site issues or deviations
Communicate daily progress updates, issues, and material/labor needs directly to the assigned Project Manager and Field Operations Manager
Collaborate with Project Managers to develop processes and systems for program work, contributing field-level insight to build scalable, repeatable workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across multi-site programs
Manage on-site materials, tools, and equipment efficiently across job sites
Lead hands-on field training for new and existing employees across PostedPM, TradePosted, and GuidePosted as needed
Ensure all crew members are trained on proper installation procedures, safety protocols, and company standards before performing tasks independently
Provide coaching and feedback to field employees to maintain quality and performance standards
Adhere to all OSHA regulations and Posted Companies' Safety Manual regulations and best practices; comply with all PPE requirements and be alert to any potential dangers to yourself or your coworkers
Report any injuries, unsafe conditions, or concerns to management immediately
Requirements
Ability to successfully obtain an OSHA 30 Certification (Company Sponsored)
Ability to successfully obtain a Procore Superintendent Certification (Company Sponsored)
Proven hands-on experience in a trade discipline relevant to commercial interior installations (flooring, wall finishes, furnishings, signage, or similar)
Prior experience in a lead or foreman capacity overseeing field crews
Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and installation specifications
Experience completing field surveys, daily reporting, and project documentation
Experience training, coaching, or mentoring field employees
Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, the Field Operations Manager, and field crews
Minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)
Valid state driver’s license (subject to continuous review)
Willingness to travel overnight nationwide (100%)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certifications are a plus
Experience towing trailers up to 15,000 lbs.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather
Ability to safely work on ladders (must weigh under 275 lbs.)
Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
Must be able to travel up to 2 weeks at one given time
Willingness to assist with tasks beyond commercial project management as needed
