Play a key role in the production process of hollow metal doors and frames.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing of products, maintaining quality and safety standards.
Operate or learn to operate machinery and equipment according to meet daily production needs while maintaining quality expectations and safety standards.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance, identifying and addressing defects or discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for optimization.
Perform other duties and special projects as required.
Actively participate in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent / Technical certification or relevant experience is a plus.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or construction preferred, but not required.
Ability to carry 5-30 pounds without assistance.
Ability to use hand tools, read shop drawings and accurately use a tape measure.
Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to safety practices and procedures.
Ability to follow instructions (both written and orally) in English.
Available to work overtime when business demands require.
