Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial requisition creation to onboarding
Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume reviews, interviews, and skills evaluations
Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor insights

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring top talent preferred
Strong consultative skills for building relationships and effective collaboration
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and customer experiences
Knowledge of the homebuilding or real estate industry is a plus
