About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of key accounts and build strong client relationships
Proactively drive TRKKN’s commercial growth
Ensure successful delivery of client projects, meeting deadlines and fulfilling client requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for client challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze accounts and conduct business reviews, develop strategic roadmaps and identify new opportunities to enhance digital maturity
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any issues that arise
Work with external technology partners
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends to provide clients with the most relevant support
Requirements
Proven experience in account management within the tech and digital marketing sector
Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Self-starter with a drive to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations
Fluent in English and German (minimum C1)
Willingness to travel within the DACH region (up to 15%)
