Role Overview
- The HR Field Regional Partner will be accountable for the execution and delivery of HR processes
- Collaborate closely with Strategic HR Business Partners to execute HR initiatives
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly and fairly
- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases end-to-end
- Support managers and employees through annual processes and day to day case management
- Support workforce planning efforts and partner with recruiters
- Apply compensation and benefits knowledge to support decision-making
- Utilize HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven success managing complex employee relations cases
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
