Senior Manager, Events – Influence, Strategy & Activation

Role Overview

• Partner with teams enterprise-wide to create bold, technology forward CX experiences
• Own and drive high impact events like executive forums and conferences
• Turn authentic customer voices into moments that drive trust and credibility
• Collaborate across Technology, Marketing, Communications, and other departments
• Own ideas from brainstorm through execution

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in CX, customer advocacy, marketing, or communications
• 5+ years experience leading high-profile events or thought leadership
• Strong executive storytelling skills
• Comfort influencing in matrixed environments
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to travel (about 10%
• 25% based on location)
