Role Overview
- Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents
- Determine coverage, liability, damages, and adjust claims within the limit of authority
- Handle investigation regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims
- Recognize customer needs and work to meet those needs
- Apply increased experience in Adjuster II level or specialty positions
Requirements
- Must possess authorization to work in the United States
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
- Experience in managing complex claims
- Ability to handle investigation regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims
- Skills in customer service and negotiation
- Must be familiar with case management and claims resolution.
