About this role
Role Overview
- Drafting of 2D Drawings and 3D Modeling for Clutches and CRS applications based on customer requirement and considering international & internal standards.
- Preparation of Installation space drawing and accompanying the Customer data related to Installation space.
- Drafting of detail component drawings, assembly drawings, exploded view etc (Included following Schaeffler Group Standards, Customer standards training will be provided).
- Necessary document preparation such as Presentation with drawing representation,Bill of Material, Change Notice, etc.
- Record lesson learns and discuss with relevant teams & apply wherever possible.
- Maintain the confidentiality 100% as per Schaeffler Compliance Guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma or BE in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ yrs. of experience in product 2D drafting & 3D modelling
- Basic & Design knowledge of Clutch and automotive parts and their functions
- Excellent knowledge & experience in CREO, GD & T, 2D drafting and SAP/PLM
- Fair Knowledge about injection molding process, elastomers mfg. process.
- Good in communication & presentation skills.
- Better Skill in usage of tools & methods exists in R & D
