Responsible for sales activities and keeping a good relationship with customers.
Act on action plans produced by Sales Action Planning including understanding the contract terms and conditions of the customer.
Regular customer contact by phone, emails, entertainment, or visits when appropriate.
Update knowledge of customers’ needs and requirements, business situation, their market/industry information, buying and sourcing patterns (booking prospects), pricing policies, competitors’ activities, customer allocation, equipment, and logistics, etc.
Provide regular updates on network and service products via product brochures and presentations.
Update customers on company policy and act on conference initiatives where appropriate.
Review customers’ feedback on service quality.
Register customer complaints in the complaint’s logbook and action as and when required with feedback to the customer.
Support and assist on issues that arise. Ensure customer complaints are promptly addressed and corrected by discussion with concerned parties.
Manage all customer interface activities and ensure that they are handled efficiently.
Selling VAS of CMA product.
Receive, qualify in priority customers’ requests and process their requests.
Plan and conduct a commercial visit according to the commercial action plan and produce the visit report.
Ensure follow-up on her/his customers' portfolio payment and contribute to recovering unpaid debt.
Participate in commercial events and develop a professional network within her/his commercial area.
Participate in establishing the Commercial actions plan and ensure the right customer segmentation is selected in her/his area.
Ensure update of commercial data in the information system.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the shipping/forwarding industry.
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Minimum bachelor’s degree / University graduated.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Excellent presentation.
Customer knowledge.
Pricing knowledge.
Knowledge of the shipping/forwarding industry is preferable.
