Role Overview
- Design, build, and operate AI systems that solve real business problems across Finom
- Move from prototype to production: shaping solutions, building systems, and improving over time
- Work on high-impact initiatives across various areas including onboarding and customer support
- Develop scalable and reliable inference pipelines
- Contribute to AI platform and tooling decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying AI systems in production
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications, including RAG and prompt engineering
- Ability to design meaningful evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement loops
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments
- Fluent in English
