Vocational Training Manager – Deputy Head of Training, 100% D/F

Role Overview

• Lead and further develop vocational training in German and Western Switzerland (focus on retail)
• Recruit apprentices and expand training positions
• Provide comprehensive support including evaluations and preparation for final qualification exams (QV)
• Support vocational trainers, enabling and coaching them in day-to-day operations
• Organize induction days and apprentice events
• Ensure administrative processes and quality management
• Serve as full deputy in the absence of the Head of Training

Requirements

• Completed basic vocational training with further education in HR, vocational education or business administration
• Several years of experience in vocational training within retail and in building and developing training structures
• Affinity for and good knowledge of digital media and learning platforms, and solid understanding of the Swiss education system
• Very good German and French language skills
