You assess our products for marketability and regulatory compliance in the EU and the USA
You review product descriptions and marketing copy for compliance with food law
You collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Business Development, Marketing and Customer Support during product conception, development and launch preparation on food law-related issues
You monitor changes in food legislation and translate them into appropriate actions for the affected areas
You handle regulatory objections and official inquiries
You manage product notifications
Requirements
You hold a degree in food chemistry, food technology, pharmacy or a related field
You have 2–3 years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in the food industry or a related sector (e.g., pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements)
You have solid knowledge of relevant national and international laws, guidelines and regulations (EU & USA) for food and dietary supplements
You have strong skills in evaluating product specifications and labeling, and basic knowledge of food ingredients
You are a strong communicator and team player
You work independently and in a structured manner and can organize your workload effectively
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
You have very good MS Office skills
