Requirements
Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken Dutch, alongside a solid professional command (B2 level) of English for internal company communication.
Already living in Lisbon, or fully prepared and legally permitted to relocate to Portugal independently.
Superb verbal and written communication abilities, backed by a patient, solution-oriented, and customer-first approach.
Strong digital skills with the ability to multitask across multiple software systems and quickly master new platforms.
Preferred Assets (Optional): Prior experience in call centers, customer support, retail, hospitality, or technical helpdesks. A genuine interest in consumer electronics, smart home ecosystems, or modern kitchen appliances.
