You develop innovative product ideas and concepts together with developers, scientists and medical experts
You coordinate the entire product development process – from the initial idea to a successful launch and beyond
You create precise and well-structured product briefs for the design and marketing teams
You take responsibility for end-to-end planning, prioritization and further development of cross-functional projects
You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth information flow across all channels (B2C & B2B)
You analyze market trends, identify opportunities and define clear USPs for our products in close collaboration with the marketing team
You create and manage label data while ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

You hold a degree in Business Administration, Nutritional Sciences or a comparable qualification
You have several years of professional experience in product management, quality management or project management – ideally in the food or dietary supplements industry
You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
You enjoy working in a team and communicate openly, clearly and purposefully
You work independently, are structured and bring an agile, dynamic working style
You enjoy technical challenges and pursue continuous professional development
You are willing to regularly undertake further training and actively expand your knowledge
You are fluent in German and English
