About this role
Role Overview
Conduct active prospecting (calls, WhatsApp, referrals and partnerships).
Qualify leads and understand their needs before handing them to the sales team.
Nurture relationships with potential clients until an appointment is scheduled.
Input and organize information in the company's CRM.
Work with clear targets for contacts, appointments and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve scripts and approaches.
Provide market feedback to improve offerings and processes.
Requirements
Solid experience as an SDR, pre-sales, inside sales or in active prospecting.
Experience in a commercial environment with aggressive targets and a high-productivity routine.
Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion and active listening skills.
Organized approach to record and follow up all contacts in the CRM.
Availability to work on-site, Monday through Saturday; Saturdays are half-day.
Hands-on, resilient and results-oriented profile.
Preferred: Experience in clinics, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty or wellness.
Previous experience with consultative selling of high-value services.
Proficient in sales scripts, cadences and commercial playbooks.
Comfortable discussing self-esteem, personal image and life transformation.
