Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess motor skills, sensory processing, functional abilities, self-care skills, and developmental needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s strengths, needs, and family goals.
Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based strategies, therapeutic activities, adaptive equipment, and sensory-based interventions as appropriate.
Support children in improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care tasks, play skills, coordination, and participation in daily routines.
Educate and coach families and caregivers on strategies to support progress at home and in the community.
Monitor progress through ongoing assessment and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Complete documentation, treatment notes, progress reports, and evaluations accurately and on time.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and members of the multidisciplinary team to support each child’s care plan.
Participate in team meetings, case discussions, trainings, and collaborative planning as needed.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all clients.

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist license.
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
CPR, First Aid, and Article 9 training, or willingness to complete required training.
Professional liability insurance, as applicable.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus.
Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention.
